Abrasive Wheels

Aims

At the conclusion of the course the delegate should be able to identify, select, inspect and correctly mount abrasive wheels and discs.

  • They should be able to recognise the causes of accidents involving abrasive wheels and how to avoid them.
  • They should also know about safe operating practices for using this machine
  • To inform and educate through classroom lectures, video presentations and group exercises the associated theoretical knowledge.
  • Delegates will discuss and look to develop techniques and safe working practices
  • Maximum of 8 delegates per course
